Please do not return items to BestEverydayJewelry.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item for a refund or exchange. In order to do so, you must email us at info@besteverydayjewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a R.A.#. Once we have received your request, we will contact you with that R.A.# within 48 hours. All items must be returned in their original shipping packaging and include the original invoice. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee for all returns and cancellations. Once the returned product is received, an exchange is mailed out within 48 hours. All refunds are subject to approval of returned merchandise. Upon approval, you will be refunded within 15 days. All refunds are less shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee.
